Unfortunately the airlines do not always give the correct information and we are forced to charge additional fees for waiting time. This is an issue that we cannot control.  Planet also cannot be responsible for runway delays and gate delays. Our job is to have our car there when you get off that plane. These delays are out of our control and we do offer a period of free waiting time on all airport pickups.
